Dana Cotter

At ImpactAssets, Dana serves as the Managing Director of Impact where she leads impact programs, product strategy, and reporting. With a deep focus on climate, racial equity and gender equality - she works across the team to build strategies that enable more funding to flow to these and other issue areas. Dana also cultivates investment pipeline, connecting impact funds and companies to the impact investing strategies set by ImpactAssets and its clients.

Prior to ImpactAssets, Dana was the Director of Portfolio at Elemental Excelerator, where she led program design, startup services and due diligence on growth-stage climate startups across energy, agriculture, water, mobility and circular economy. Dana graduated cum laude from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a triple major in International Business, Marketing and Finance.
