Susan Flannery Adams

At ImpactAssets, Susan leads the People Programs, focusing on team member recruitment, retention, engagement and development. She also develops and implements core HR programs, processes and people to support operational goals and the organization’s ability to drive impact. Susan has worked in the “people” space for over 20 years supporting nonprofits and corporate entities. With a passion for driving performance through the integration of culture and strategy, Susan has developed and aligned people programs to engage and inspire team members in a wide variety of organizations and industries. She has a Masters in Human Resources/Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and holds certifications as a senior HR professional: SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Causes I care about: Arts education for youth, increasing access to higher education and professional mentoring for first-generation college students.
