The Associate, Investment Operations role will be a critical part of the Investment Services team, which supports investment execution and post-investment management and monitoring for private debt and equity impact investments that are recommended by our donors/clients.

The Associate, Investment Administration role is a critical part of the ImpactAssets (IA) Investment Operations team, which supports investment execution, post-investment management, monitoring, and administration for private debt and equity investments that are recommended by IA’s donors/clients and proprietary internal funds and portfolios. The Investment Administration team manages capital calls and distributions, monitors investment activity, collects and imports valuations, and coordinates transaction and portfolio activity for IA’s internal pools.

The Senior Associate, Client Solutions plays a key role in advancing and driving new client acquisitions for ImpactAssets’ impact donor-advised fund, investment advisory, and broader impact investing platform. In this role, you will help identify, qualify, engage, and advance high-value prospects into long-term relationships, including independently closing select opportunities where appropriate.

The Senior Associate, Sales Operations is the engine behind our client acquisition growth, building and running the infrastructure that lets our Client Solutions team perform at its best. You will support the systems, data analytics, CRM workflows, and training frameworks that scale our reach across family offices, foundations, corporations, and ultra-high net worth individuals. This is a highly collaborative, high-visibility role for someone who is energized by building the operational backbone that supercharges a growing Client Solutions team.

The Associate, Client Service is a temporary, full-time, remote position that is responsible for providing an excellent client experience by serving as first line of response via incoming phone calls and inbound email. Working closely with our other Operations, Client Engagement and Client Solution colleagues, this position provides daily support, assists in related project implementations, and elevates and refines our client service.
