At ImpactAssets, Kris works with a diverse group of individuals, financial advisors and entities to move philanthropic dollars towards impact investments in a way that aligns with their programmatic and grantmaking focus areas. Kris started his career in impact investing in 2004, which includes nine years of client relationship and investment management experience working with ESG-focused, mission-aligned impact investors while at Royal Bank of Canada, Piper Jaffray and Morgan Stanley. Before working in financial services, Kris practiced city and environmental planning in Arizona and the Pacific Northwest. Kris has also served on the BOD of a San Francisco-based nonprofit and volunteered with several charitable entities. Kris holds a BS in Urban Planning from Arizona State University.
