At ImpactAssets, Kimberly manages the payroll processes and employee benefit programs; ensuring that employees are compensated accurately and they have access to valuable benefits that support their well-being and satisfaction in the workplace. Kimberly has two decades of expertise as a certified payroll and human resource professional, and has efficiently managed payroll operations for a multitude of companies. During her tenure at ADP, she held the position of senior payroll manager, directing payroll functions and ensuring compliance for six corporations while supervising a team of 16 employees. Prior to her role at ImpactAssets, Kimberly provided consultancy services at an accounting firm, advising clients on payroll compliance and handling payroll processing tasks.
