April Parks

At ImpactAssets, April is responsible for management of our Client Operations team with specific oversight of the client service, grant, contribution and new account processing functions, complex relationships and related operational processes. She leads key initiatives, is a contributor to strategic planning and helps implement improvements across systems and process. Prior to ImpactAssets, April worked at Fidelity Charitable on the Portfolio Accounting and Investment Oversight Teams and at Northern Trust working on the Client Implementation Team.
