Investment Overview:

CoPeace selects the companies in our portfolio using our HEAD + HEART X MATH approach. Head — Identify potential companies with innovative, marketable concepts & strong leadership team. Heart — Target companies combating world problems with measurable impact. Math — Critically analyze all potential partners through a series of economic models & financial projections, focused on identifying positive growth and potential target returns.

Company Differentiator:

As an impact investing holding company (a miniature Berkshire Hathaway), we are relatively unique in the space. It is challenging landscape (cost of regulation, legal, etc.). We are also unique in the impact space with our focus on sport - we agree with Nelson Mandela that "sport has the power to change the world.'

Investment Example

One of our investments is in Uncharted, a black woman led company that is bringing smart city technology to communities that don't have access to the grid. She recently achieved a large federal grant and was named to the Presidential Electricity Council. See more here: https://www.uncharted.city. We have also ran an equity crowdfunding campaign on the Wefunder platform.
