The ImpactAssets team brings several decades of experience in impact investing, innovative financial services, philanthropy and wealth management.
Kris serves as the main liaison between investment managers, fund managers and the ImpactAssets team, handling investment administration for The ImpactAssets Donor Advised Fund program. Prior to this position, he was the Director of Partnerships & Communications with wellness-focused nonprofit Sunflower Wellness. Previously, his love for the outdoors and green thumb inspired him to step out of the office and work with small farm and ranch entrepreneurs in Australia, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Romania and Turkey.
Kris also brings nine years of client relationship management experience with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, RBC Capital Markets and Piper Jaffray. Eight of those years involved working with ESG-focused, mission aligned investors. Before working in financial services, Kris practiced city and environmental planning in Arizona and the Pacific Northwest. Kris hold a BS in Urban Planning from Arizona State University. He lives in Oakland, California and in his free time, he enjoys volunteering with nonprofit organizations, staying involved in community development and being active outdoors.
